Liz Cameron is a senior business leader in Scotland with expertise in all business areas. With a career spanning three decades, Liz is at the forefront of Scottish Business, recognised as one of the most powerful forces in the business community.

After successfully establishing and running several small businesses, Liz took the helm of the Scottish Chambers of Commerce in 2004. Through SCC, Liz has spearheaded business growth initiatives including Scotland’s very first education/business partnership, a National Graduate Recruitment Initiative and the innovative International Trade & Exporting Partnership.

On the world stage, Liz has expanded Scotland’s profile internationally, successfully establishing a new Scottish Trade Office in China and building stronger economic relationships with countries from the East to the West.

Liz’s expertise is widely acclaimed by her peers and industry. She was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from the University of the West of Scotland and an OBE in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours List for services to business.
