Driven by awe and wonder of the natural world Iona Lane delivers poetic songs, with subtle musical touches and contemplative melodies that link unheard stories with the world we find ourselves in today. Iona's debut album 'Hallival' to critical acclaim, reaching #36 in the Folk Album Charts and #27 in FRUK's Top Albums of 2022. Iona draws from landscapes and stories found within nature and has been described by Mark Radcliffe (BBC Radio 2) as "a real talent!".

Iona is acompanied by Malin Lewis, a piper, fiddler and multi instrumentalist best known for making their own instruments and experimenting with unusual sounds. Their music takes inspiration from folk traditions across Europe as well as jazz and improvisation. Malin learnt their music on the West Coast of Scotland before studying at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki.
