Allt Fearn is a spacious three bedroom house, set in its own wooded grounds on a hillside overlooking the beautiful shores of Loch Sunart. Spectacular views from the house across the loch to the hills of Morvern. The area, renowned for its spectacular scenery with ancient oak woodlands, stunning beaches and wild, rugged landscapes is populated with some of Scotland’s most iconic wildlife; eagles, otters, wildcats and pine martens. We love spending time at Allt Fearn and hope you will too.
Allt Fearn is a comfortable self-catering house, with 3 large double bedrooms one of which is a family room with bunk beds. It is well presented throughout with a well equipped kitchen, linked through the open plan layout, to the dining area and sitting-room. The sitting-room has a wood-burning stove and enjoys spectacular, panoramic views across Loch Sunart to the Morvern hills from its elevated position.
A short walk from the property takes you down to the loch, from where you can explore the rocky shoreline, launch a canoe or kayak or watch for birds, otters, seals and porpoises which regularly visit the bay and maybe even see golden eagles or sea eagles. It is the ideal base for walking, cycling, nature-watching, fishing and touring.
So whether you are seeking escape to the slower “Ardnamurchan” pace of life or action and adventure Allt Fearn is a perfect base to unwind and enjoy everything the area has to offer.
